Our first event in Limassol, 2018
It started in 2018 with a small conference of 200 people called Reflect Conference. A simple idea: bring the most ambitious people in the world into the same room — not on a screen, but face to face. Those 200 strangers walked in curious and left as collaborators. We knew we had found something.
Seven years later, The Doers Company operates through two distinct arms. Doers Events creates the physical experiences — summits, dinners, and gatherings across six cities. Doers Labs builds the technology — not only for the events themselves, but for our audience: the Doers. Professional networking, productivity tools, and AI-powered platforms that extend every handshake into a lasting connection. Separate capabilities. One unified ecosystem.
We started The Doers Company because we were tired of events that felt transactional and platforms that felt hollow.
We believed — and still believe — that the most important deals, partnerships, and friendships start with a handshake, a shared meal, or a conversation that runs past midnight. Technology should amplify those moments, not replace them.
That belief led us to build two arms that work as one. Our events bring people into the same room. Our technology makes sure they find the right person in that room — and stay connected long after they leave.
